Why can't I use my credentials for the ANCILE support site to access the Free ANCILE Author Training course?

The user account in the ANCILE Intelligence Hub (https://support.ancile.com) is separate from the user account used for the Free ANCILE uPerform Author Training course hosted in ANCILE uLearn. Users are required to self-register in the learning website, then enroll in the course.
