- Activate an Existing Account Transferred from the ANCILE Product Support Center - If you already had an account on our Product Support Center, you still have one here. You will just need to reset your password to log in.
- Edit Your Profile and Add a Photo - In your profile you can update your display name, phone number, time zone, and add a photo. We'd love to see you!
- Submit a Ticket - We've created a new ticket submission form that will enable us to help you more efficiently. We hope you like it!
- View Tickets (Active and Historical) - All of your tickets dating back to March 31, 2011 are accessible here on the Intelligence Hub.
- Upload Files - You can upload files when you view the ticket after it has been submitted. Click My Activities, select the ticket in question, click the Upload a new file button.
