If you are new to the uPerform authoring community or need a refresher on how to create, edit or enhance your e-learning courses with simulations, videos and assessments, this session is for you! Our next webinar will teach authors how to edit courses and provide virtual training best practices. Join us as we walk-through a scenario fit for the spooky holiday season, leveraging a real-world client success story, to teach you how to rapidly create e-learning courses and deliver more engaging learning content for your learners.
Topics include:
- Basics on how to build a course using uPerform
- How to add simulations, hotspots and images
- Including PowerPoint slides and videos
- Introduction to knowledge checks
- New author resources available to your team at no additional cost
The functionality included in this webinar is available with the latest version of uPerform Cloud. Mike Fillingim, our Senior Product Specialist, will walk through the uPerform audio editing basics live, followed by time to answer your questions.
Our webinar service requires attendees to install the Zoom software to join. This will allow you to follow along and ask questions. For additional help, follow these instructions to install the software to ensure you’re able to join.

Do you have to have an Ancile account to register? I have many authors in the City, but I don't want most of them to have Ancile accounts. Can they register with simply their City email?

Also, RingCentral will not work on City computers. I still have no idea why. But WebEx does. Can we have WebEx links, by chance?
Hi Charlie - Intelligence Hub accounts are not required to register for the webinar, and no log-in is required to view this article so feel free to send it along to anyone in your organization who might benefit.
We are not using Webex for this webinar, but RingCentral has changed their installation so you might be able to use it now. You can download the RingCentral Meetings application here to test ahead of time:

Your IT department might be able to assist if you are unable to install it yourself, or you could possibly join from a mobile device using the mobile app which is also available at the link above.
If you aren't able to attend the webinar we will be posting the recording in MP4 format for viewing later.

We are using a different platform for this webinar (RingCentral).
In advance of the webinar you can download and install the RingCentral Meeting App: https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/rc-meetings
If you are unable to perform this installation, you can ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains, port & installer file:
Domains: meetings.ringcentral.com and *.zoom.us
Port: 443
Installer/executable: RCMeetingsClientSetup.exe
Just some feedback - I would love to attend these sessions, however I am from Melbourne Australia and the time its for me is usually 2am-3am. Is there anyway in future these webinars can be earlier in the morning at your end so its a more doable time for us in Australia?

Agree with Giulia 100%. I'm in Brisbane and cannot attend any of the session. Would be good if they are organised at other time so customers outside US can also attend.
