Objective
- To find SAP Productivity Pak, SAP Productivity Pak Composer and Info Pak updates/patches that are not yet uploaded by SAP to the SAP Support Portal or SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
Environment
- Product: ANCILE uPerform, ANCILE uPerform Express, ANCILE Info Pak
- Versions: 5.x upwards
Prerequisites
- You have purchased and licensed your ANCILE product from our partner SAP
Procedure
As per SAP Note 2001184 Titled 'SAP Productivity Pak/Composer (uPerform) patch 5.nx and InfoPak patch 5.9x' there may be some days needed for the patches to be uploaded to the SAP Download Centre, so SAP Support have provided an alternative mdocs.sap.com (SAP Mobile Documents) container location where the latest software updates for ANCILE products can be downloaded.- Log into the SAP Support Portal http://support.sap.com/ or SAP ONE Support Launchpad

- Download the updates/patches from the URLs linked in the SAP Note
