Q&A

1. What reports are only available in the latest cloud version?

Currently the Search Engagement Report, as well as adding a Feedback option to your custom report, is currently available in the latest cloud version.

2. Is the Feedback Report, a custom report or a standard uPerform report?

The Feedback Report is a custom report. When you go to create a copy of the document tracking report, you can go to Add Fields. And at the bottom of the field options, there's a section called User Feedback. This is where you can add the Rating, as well as the Feedback comments to your report.

3. What are the fields presented in the Help Request Report?

The current columns in the Help Request Report are: User Name, Full Name, Timestamp, Context, Hit Count, and Help Profile ID. For reference, Timestamp refers to when the in-app help was used. Context, is what term or context ID that they use to generate that in app help. Hit count, is how many results there were, so if there were no results for the in-app help search and so forth. And Help Profile ID is based on your connection profile identifier. If you are interested, please contact your Account Manager, or submit a ticket on the Intelligence Hub and we’ll discuss how to get started.

4. Are Power BI reports integrated with uPerform? Or do they need to be created ourselves?

Yes, we can sync uPerform data with Microsoft PowerBI and other analytics tools using our Reporting API. The reporting API is a premium add-on feature, that requires a small fee to use. If you are interested, please submit a ticket and we'll be in touch with more information.

Organizations need to have access to a BI platform of their own. There are both free and pro-level ($) versions of Power BI depending on what features and functions you need access to.

We help you with building the original template for your Power BI and we can provide templates as something to get you started. We can even assist you in modifying the templates. If you are interested, please contact your Account Manager, or submit a ticket on the Intelligence Hub and we’ll discuss how to get started.
