uSchedule Error After Applying 5.40.8 Patch (D-19577)

Symptoms

  • When configuring the uSchedule.exe with any credentials on the uPerform server with SSL (Https) enabled, after you select SAVE you will see the error:

"Invalid connection info provided by the user"

Environment

  • Product: uPerform
  • Version: 5.40.8

Workaround

Currently the only workaround is to perform the step manually in the web user interface. For example, if you are using the uSchedule.exe to kick off a LDAP sync, you will need to log into the website as an Admin and go into the UIS and select the "synchronize" link.
